Heart of the Falklands tries to give an accurate representation of the products, but due to the nature of the handcrafted items, they may differ very slightly from the photograph shown. Heart of the Falklands has high quality control standards and are confident you will be happy with your purchase. Payment:

Payment through this website is via PayPal, a secure and safe payment method. You do not need a paypal account to send payment, and you can pay by credit or debit card. 

Postage and Packaging (P&P):

Postage costs are fairly calculated and will be added at the checkout.

'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle' - Where possible packaging from incoming supplies will be reused for your order. This also helps to reduce packaging costs.

Delivery:

Heart of the Falklands aims to process your order within three to five working days and dispatch as soon as ready. This is with the exception of made to order and personalised pieces. Heart of the Falklands reserves the right to change this policy without notice and offers no guarantee that we can accomplish this aim everyday. 

Heart of the Falklands cannot be held responsible for damage by postal provider. NEVER sign for for a package which has been visibly damaged. If your item has been damaged, please contact us immediately.
